·         Available all year round, the apartments are in a modern building in the heart of the new administrative and business centre in Montpellier. They are very well designed and have a living room with a high quality convertible sofa bed which converts to a large double bed and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds.  There is a bathroom with a separate WC, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher, a satellite TV, free WiFi, and a telephone.  For your pleasure, there is a roof-top sun terrace and swimming pool for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine. The sauna and spa pool may be used for a small extra charge.

·         One of the many benefits of staying here is that you have the choice to self-cater if you wish or you can enjoy the attractive, well-priced restaurant on the ground floor, where you can have breakfast, lunch and your evening meal without having to cook, or go out, if you don't want to.  There is secure underground parking available for a reasonable charge.

The Local Area

·         It's a 10-minute tram-ride, or a short drive to the centre of the charming city of Montpellier. Supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and bars are all within easy reach. Montpellier not only has a historic centre but a new, modern, centre 'Antigone', designed by the Catalan architect Ricardo Boffil.  With lovely old and new architecture, fountains, water features, open spaces, lots of great shopping, fantastic restaurants, bars and night-life if you want it, Montpellier is well worth visiting.  And to find a public transport system that really works is just great!

·         Notable sights in Montpellier are - The Place de la Comedie, which is the focal point of the old city, the Musee (Museum) Fabre, the 14th century cathedral of Saint Pierre, the Port du Peyrou, a historic triumphal arch, the Aqueduc Saint Clement and the various chateaux and 'follies' built in the past by wealthy merchants which surround the city.

·         The Mediterranean beach resorts of Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, and la Grande-Motte are just a short drive away.  As well as enjoying the beach, swimming and the sunshine, you'll find lots of water-sports here.

·         Within an easy drive is the Carmargue - an area of very distinctive natural beauty with pink flamingos, black bulls and white horses.  Visit the fascinating town of Aigues-Mortes, founded in 102 B.C., and which was once a royal port during the Crusades.  A visit to the port of Sete is also a great day out and if you are lucky you'll see the local sport of water-jousting.  Also in the area is the famous Pont du Gard, an important aqueduct built by the Romans.  Vists to Uzes, Pezenas, where Moliere wrote his plays, and the city of Beziers, the rugby capital of France, are also recommended.

·         The local cuisine is superb - seafood is a speciality, particularly the Bouzigues oysters.   The restaurants in Montpellier are many and varied with budgets to suit all pockets.
