On top floor there is separate toilet and large shared bathroom. This level includes two spacious bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Additionally, studio apartment offers private bedroom with separate toilet and shower room, providing extra convenience and privacy. Its elegant and tastefully designed decor and furnishings creates sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Outdoor area features beautifully kept garden with pétanque court, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and terrace fitted with electric sunshade for added comfort.
Villa is located approximately 2km from Tourrettes-sur-Loup, one of the region’s most beautifully preserved and charming medieval villages where you’ll find some of the best restaurants in the area, along with butcher, baker, wine merchant, greengrocer and grocery store. Perched in the hills above Tourrettes-sur-Loup villa offers breathtaking views of Mediterranean Sea and picturesque countryside. It provides peaceful retreat while still close to amenities and top attractions of the Provence-Côte d’Azur region. For beach lovers, Antibes with its fine sandy beaches is just 15km away. Additional beaches and scenic promenade can be found in Cagnes-sur-Mer (12km) and in Nice Promenade des Anglais (30 minutes by car). Nice International Airport is also just 30-minute drive ensuring easy access to and from villa.

Third top floor bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 200cm) hanging clothes rail and bedside table. These rooms share spacious separate bathroom and toilet. Ground floor master bedroom is tastefully decorated with panoramic views and has direct access to private terrace with table and two chairs. It boasts luxurious four poster bed (180cm x 200cm), chaise longue, dressing area, armchair, two bedside tables and wooden baby cot. Separate spacious bathroom and toilet provide added convenience. Lower ground floor studio apartment bedroom includes comfortable bed (160cm x 200cm) and fitted wardrobe. It has separate shower room and toilet. Reversible A/C and central heating in all bedrooms ensure all year round comfort. Adjacent to the pool is covered terrace with BBQ and large dining table with seating for up to 10 guests, perfect for outdoor meals. Additionally, extra sun-shaded seating area with outdoor furniture offers comfortable retreat for lounging and socialising.

End-of-stay cleaning: priced separately so if staying for more than 1 week you’re not paying in duplicate. It’s 450 Euros and collected upon reservation.
Taxe de Séjour: usually necessary to pay in France (tourist tax), is calculated based on the number of people in your group and the time of year you stay. Under 18's are exempt. We will advise you of the tax due at the time you make your reservation and how it’s to be paid.
Damage deposit: the owner requests 2000 Euros and you pay it in advance with JDV by way of credit card. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
Change over day: normally Saturday, other days upon request.
Long weekend stays: possible outside of high seasons.

About the local area
Villa offers amazing views of Mediterranean Sea and picturesque surrounding countryside, nestled in the hills above the charming historic village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup which is located just 25 minutes from Nice Airport. In Tourrettes-sur-Loup you will find some of the best restaurants in the area as well as a butcher, baker, wine merchant, greengrocer and grocery store. It is one of the most stunning medieval perched villages in the Alpes-Maritimes region. Dramatically perched on hill, Tourrettes-sur-Loup is bordered by a ravine on two sides and a vibrant village square on the third. With rugged mountains to the north and stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline to the south, it boasts a truly breathtaking setting.
Life in this charming typical Provençal village is vibrant all year round. Its cobbled streets are lined with craft shops and every Wednesday morning Provençal market offers delicious selection of local delicacies, fresh produce, clothing, linens and handcrafted items. For everyday essentials the village has two bakeries, two butchers, two greengrocers, two hairdressers a small supermarket and even a library. There’s also fantastic variety of bars and restaurants where you can spend hours soaking up the atmosphere, enjoying coffee or glass of rosé while watching locals play petanque in the village square or even join in the game yourself!
Sporting activities in the area are abundant – there is golf, tennis, fishing, canoeing, horse riding, paragliding, water sports and the beach. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular. Ski stations of Greolieres, Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are between 1-2 hour’s drive away if you fancy short winter sport’s break or during hot summer months, some nice refreshing walks!
Antibes with its fine sandy beaches is approximately 15km away. Other beaches, and lovely promenade, can be found nearby in Cagnes-sur-Mer (12km) and also in Nice (30 minutes’ drive) right along Promenade des Anglais.
Bus number 651 which goes either towards Vence or Grasse and it leaves from the main road (Route de Grasse) about 1km from villa. Excellent bus service from Vence with buses towards St Paul-de-Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer and Nice and Grasse. Nearest train station is Cagnes-sur-Mer and this provides excellent train service along the coast. However, car is recommended.
Sightseeing is endless; nearest places of interest are village & art galleries of St Paul-de-Vence; Old Town of Vence; Matisse Chapel in Vence; nearby medieval town of Haut-de-Cagnes; pretty village of Tourettes-sur-Loup; perched village and views from Gourdon; town and famous perfumeries of Grasse; city, port and “Promenade des Anglais” of Nice; sandy beaches and old town of Antibes; village and glass makers of Biot; take the gorgeous Mimosa route. Ideal period for walking/hiking is from January to early March. From late June head out for day trip to the enchanting lavender fields nearby.
