Located in Provence-Côte d’Azur region, the centre of medieval town of Vence is 3km away and it is ‘a must-see’ tourist site, rich in history, traditions and arts. Its only 15-20 minutes’ walk to local shops, boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets in Vence. There's lovely old town with winding streets and specialist shops, like wine shops, delicatessens, fromageries, patisseries and art galleries. Medieval village of Vence has an excellent selection of boulangeries and we highly recommend Palanque bakery in centre of Vence. 30 minutes by car to Nice international airport. Villa is tranquil retreat, perfectly situated near all amenities and top tourist attractions of the Provence-Côte d’Azur region.
It has maximum occupancy of 12 people (adults and children). Pets accepted on request.

Living area offers ample seating, smart TV with Netflix, adjoining circular bar that overlooks garden and provides stunning views of the sea.
Dining room: it is seamlessly integrated into open plan American-style kitchen and dining area on ground floor. Stylishly furnished it features large dining table with seating for up to 12 guests. As the centre feature of ground floor, dining table is enhanced by striking ceiling lights hanging above the table which creates warm and inviting ambiance.
Kitchen: American-style kitchen and dining area on ground floor come with large table and chairs, numerous built-in cupboards and breakfast bar with 3 chairs. It is well equipped with high quality appliances – large oven and gas cooker, sink, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Bedrooms: Villa offers elegantly designed bedrooms in modern Nordic style each bedroom thoughtfully furnished for comfort. On ground floor, tastefully decorated bedroom provides charming views of Vence and direct terrace access. It includes
spacious 180cmx200cm bed, fitted wardrobe, armchair and bedside tables. Another ground floor bedroom, similarly styled, features 160cmx200cm bed. Both bedrooms share separate bathroom and together they can function as separate family suite.
Upper floor four bedrooms are elegantly designed in modern Nordic style each offering comfort and functionality. First bedroom provides delightful views of Vence furnished with 160cmx200cm bed, fitted wardrobe, armchair, two bedside tables along with ensuite bathroom/shower. Second bedroom boasts spacious 180cmx200cm bed with similar furnishings and ensuite shower. Third bedroom offers direct access to terrace/patio with outdoor furniture and includes 160cmx200cm bed, chaise longue and an ensuite shower. Fourth master bedroom also has direct access to garden/terrace featuring 160cmx200cm bed, chaise longue and ensuite shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with reversible A/C and central heating ensuring all year round comfort in stylish and serene setting.
Bathrooms: Villa features total of five bathrooms designed for comfort and convenience. Spacious separate bathroom on ground floor is shared between two bedrooms making it ideal as family suite. It includes large bath, separate shower, double washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Upper floor has four ensuite bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. First bedroom includes ensuite spacious shower, toilet, single washbasin and hairdryer. Second bedroom features ensuite rain shower, toilet, double washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. Third bedroom is equipped with generously sized ensuite shower, toilet, double washbasin and hairdryer. Fourth bedroom offers an ensuite shower, toilet, double washbasin, bidet and hairdryer. All bathrooms are modern and well-appointed ensuring comfortable and relaxing stay.

Entrance Hall - adjacent to the main entrance, there is guest toilet equipped with washbasin. Office - dedicated workspace with desk and chair is conveniently located next to the main entrance.
Outside: Recently renovated in chic, elegant and modern style, this stunning 6 bedroom villa spans approximately 225 sqm and is set within 1,500 sqm of beautifully maintained grounds. It features large private heated saltwater pool (12m x 5m, depth 1m–1.8m) with solid cover and outdoor shower. Flourishing garden is adorned with Mediterranean plants, shrubs, fruit trees and vibrant flowers. Pool area includes 7 sun loungers, 4 sun umbrellas and adjacent covered terrace with BBQ and large dining table seating up to 12 guests. Additional outdoor seating includes 2 sofas and 6 large lounge chairs. Large terrace extends towards villa entrance featuring stylish three-seater sofa and side table. Secure parking is available for 2 cars with additional free on-street parking nearby.
Swimming pool: This property boasts spacious 12m x 5m saltwater pool (1m–1.8m deep) with a solid cover and outdoor shower. Surrounding the pool is covered dining area with large table and 12 chairs, along with 7 sun loungers, 4 sun umbrellas, 2 outdoor sofas and 6 lounge chairs. Additional seating includes 4 lounge chairs on the upper terrace and 2 near the outdoor sofa. Pool heating is available for an additional €75 per week.

End-of-stay cleaning: priced separately so if staying for more than 1 week you’re not paying in duplicate. It’s 515 Euros and collected upon reservation.
Taxe de Séjour: usually necessary to pay in France (tourist tax), is calculated based on the number of people in your group and the time of year you stay. Under 18's are exempt. We will advise you of the tax due at the time you make your reservation and how it’s to be paid.
Damage deposit: the owner requests 2000 Euros and you pay it in advance with JDV by way of credit card. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
Change over day: normally Saturday, other days upon request.
Long weekend stays: possible outside of high seasons.
Pets: permitted here upon request - please ask for details.
Smoking: only outdoors.
Supplementary services: upon request - babysitter recommendations; can organise various events such as weddings, corporate meetings and training; can arrange for massages, private chef, and chauffeurs; can provide contact for yachting trips.
Environmental features: Plastic, cardboard and paper in the yellow recycling bin located in the garage. Any remaining general household waste is to be disposed of in bins with brown lids. Glass bottles must be deposited in the green municipal bins marked “Verre” - the most accessible place to do this is as you cross the bridge to travel to Vence you will see some large bin containers on your left-hand side (just next to the Pizza store “La Donna”).

Located in Provence-Côte d’Azur region, medieval village of Vence is 3km away and it is a must-see tourist site, rich in history, traditions and arts. Medieval village of Vence has an excellent selection of boulangeries and we highly recommend Palanque bakery in centre of Vence. Villa is close to the local shops, boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets in Vence. Le Saint Martin, a Michelin starred restaurant with breathtaking panoramic views is located approximately 4 km away. World-renowned La Colombe d'Or in St. Paul de Vence is about 6 km from the villa. Nearest general supermarket is E.Leclerc, 3km away and BioCoop with excellent selection of organic products is 2.5km away. It is 3km away to local shops, boulangeries, restaurants and supermarkets in Vence.
Local markets are held in town’s main square, as well as old town of Vence. Here you can immerse yourself in its authenticity and character by visiting its daily markets and enjoy wonderful displays of locally produced olives, cheese, fish, vegetables and flowers as well as clothes, kitchen utensils, furniture, toys and other non alimentary producs.
Sporting activities in this area are abundant – there is golf, tennis, fishing, canoeing, horse riding, paragliding, water sports and the beach. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular. Ski stations of Greolieres, Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are between 1-2 hour’s drive away if you fancy short winter sport’s break or during hot summer months, some nice refreshing walks!
Villa is located approximately 15km away to Antibes and its fine sandy beaches. Other beaches, and lovely promenade, can be found close-by at Cagnes-sur-Mer (15km) and also in Nice (30 minutes’ drive) right along “Promenade des Anglais”.
Regular shuttle bus service (NVN1) from the outside road to Vence centre. Excellent bus service from Vence with buses towards St Paul-de-Vence, Cagnes-sur-Mer and Nice and Grasse. Nearest train station is Cagnes-sur-Mer and this provides excellent train service along the coast. However, car is recommended.
Sightseeing is endless; nearest places of interest are village & art galleries of St Paul-de-Vence; Old Town of Vence; Matisse Chapel in Vence; nearby medieval town of Haut-de-Cagnes; pretty village of Tourettes-sur-Loup; perched village and views from Gourdon; town and famous perfumeries of Grasse; city, port and “Promenade des Anglais” of Nice; sandy beaches and old town of Antibes; village and glass makers of Biot; take the gorgeous Mimosa route. Ideal period for walking/hiking is from January to early March. From late June head out for day trip to enchanting lavender fields.
