Property Features
The house has 4 bedrooms and 8 rooms in all. On the ground floor you have a large living room with open chimney and windows to all sides. Next to it a dining room with a very long table, sitting 10-12 people. The kitchen has cooking island with breakfast table and open to the garden courtyard.
A first large bedroom is situated on the ground floor with window front to the garden and own bathroom. The top floor has two large and one small bedrooms, all with balconies and views to the garden. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom while the other two share another bathroom between them.
The house looks out on spacious grounds of almost 4000 sqm/1 acre of garden and trees. Refresh yourself in the pool between old olive trees or enjoy the evenings with a barbecue on the garden courtyard.
There is parking space for three cars at the end of the private driveway. Please be aware that the driveway is quite steep.
Please be aware that the pool has no protective railing. Special care has to be taken to ensure the safety of children who cannot swim safely.

About the local area
The nearest village centre is within walking distance with a 15min walk. The immediate neighbourhood is characterised by hills and old growth oak forests.
The very scenic towns of Valbonne and Grasse are around the corner. A 30min drive takes you to either Cannes or Antibes and the Cote d'Azur high life. Nice is 45min away. It is preferable to have a car. There is public transport to the neighbouring village, but we are not sure how regular and late the buses run.
Nice airport can be reached in about 45min.
REVIEWS
We had a great holiday at the villa, the whole property exceeded our expectations. Opio is perfect for exploring Cannes, Nice, Antibes or Juan-les-Pins. There are many very good restaurants in nearby Valbonne. But the villa is so great that you don`t have to drive far away, perfect for relaxing.
