PROPERTY DETAILS

Property Description

Sympathetically renovated whilst retaining some original beams and features, Villa Allyson is ideal for either couples or families.

It has 2 bedrooms; one a double room and the other a twin room, so it sleeps 4 comfortably and with plenty of additional space for a baby's cot or a child's bed. The villa has been delightfully restored with a great deal of care for your comfort and enjoyment.

The property comprises a spacious bright and sunny lounge with a feature fireplace, a dining area seating up to 6 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms; one a double room and the other a twin room, and a bathroom.

This villa is one of six high quality holiday villas on this beautiful wine domaine close to Pezenas. The villas are built around the estate's charming courtyard and they all have their own completely independent entrance at the front and a garden at the rear. So if you happen to be holidaying with friends or family it might be possible to rent another villa here too - please enquire.

All the villas have a lovely courtyard or garden at the rear with a table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue so you can relax in your own private space and dine al fresco on a balmy Merditerranean evening.

Beyond your own garden there's over an acre of the loveliest parkland to explore and enjoy and a super large swimming pool in a beautiful lawned setting.

This lovely place surrounded by vineyards is in an idyllic location between the Black Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea and is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the bustle of your busy day-to-day life.

Whilst the estate is in the countryside you are well-placed for sightseeing trips to the Mediterranean beaches, the lovely town of Pezenas, the Cathar castles and the medieval abbeys as well as some great days-out for children like going to Aqualand at Cap d'Agde, or the wonderful new Mare Nostrum Aquarium in Montpellier.  For the more active there's plenty of walking and cycling locally as well as watersports, horse-riding, tennis and golf.
