A charming village house with 4 good sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a private pool
Lourmarin is a much sought after location as it's such a pretty village with a great Paysan market.
You can enjoy the privacy of your own, spacious villa, then step out to shop or watch the world go by in the village.
The house is very well equipped and maintained and has a mature, private garden and lovely pool.
The ground floor includes a warm and welcoming open-plan living/dining/kitchen space with direct access to the pretty terrace and garden
The living room has an open fireplace, TV with Satellite channels, DVD player and wifi access.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for 8 people; fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster dishwasher, washing machine and crockery and untelils.
There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have large double beds (180 x 200 cm) and the fourth has a double bed 140 x 200 cm
3 shower roomd and 1 full bathroom - so no queues!
Step outside into the enclosed garden which is 400 sqm with mature trees and lovely views of the Luberon hills.
Relax by your private pool which measures 7 x 4 m and has an alarm.
The long, warm summer evenings are great for eating outside, or perhaps having a game of "boules" on the petanque court.
Bedding and bathroom towels are provided, along with pool towels.
End of stay cleaning is included, along with garden and pool maintenance.
In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” for your stay. This is calculated on the number of adults in your party and number of nights you stay, payable when you make your reservation. Please note that this French tax cannot exceed 2.53 € per night and per adult.
There's a cot and high chair available upon request.

The local village of Lourmarin is often referred too as one of the most beautiful villages in France!
You can enjoy the winding narrow streets, lovely old restored houses and well shaded public squares where you can immerse yourself in the slow pace of Provencal life.
In the summer months it's popular due to its many stylish cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and of course, the fantastic Friday morning market
Lourmarin is a great holiday base and the winding roads of the Luberon, with spectacular views, are nice to explore. You'll find lots of picturesque villages (Gordes, Menerbes, Maubec, Bonnieux) on the doorstep.
There's lots to do and see in the area; St Remy-de-Provence, famous for its Roman architecture, Les Baux with its ruined castle and unique rock formations, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous as an antique centre and market. Also within easy reach are Pont du Gard, Avignon with the Palace of the Popes, Marseille with its famous waterfront, the Amphitheatre at Nimes and the cultured avenues of Aix-en-Provence.
If activity is your thing, this area is perfect for climbing, cycling, mountain biking, trekking, golf, tennis and swimming.
There is a huge choice of local markets selling fresh breads, vegetables, cheese and herbs, all within a short drive.
