By Air: Toulon/Hyères is the closest international airport (43km, 44min), but Nice (93km, 1h30min) has more flights; connections though Marseille Provence (137km, 1:43hours) offer additional alternatives.
By Train: Eurostar runs from London to Paris city centres and then the high speed TGV service runs from Paris to Nice. The nearest TGV station to this property is Draguignan - Les Arcs, situated 37km to the North (45 mins).

About the local area
LOCAL AREA INFORMATION
Cogolin, tucked away at the edge of the massif des Maures, is a delightful medieval market town, bustling with boutiques, restaurants, bistros and bars. The town is picturesque with its narrow streets, the 11th-century church, ancient clock tower and fortifications. You are 2 km away from the centre, so take a brisk walk and earn Brownie points in advance of the calories you are about to ingest.
Activities: If you are looking for an active holiday then there are lots of things to enjoy from tennis, golf, cycling, fishing, horse-riding, mountain biking, go-karting to the more sedate games of boules. The surrounding Massif des Maures hills offer glorious walks.
Beaches: The nearest beach is 4 kilometers away, as well as Cogolin Marina. Needless to say, there are many more beaches spread along the coastline of the St. Tropez Bay area, so you will only ever complain of the breadth of choice.
Sightseeing: The famous St. Tropez (11km) and Ste. Maxime are ony a hop in the car away, where you can loose (or gain) all you earn in a year; although that would be to ignore many of the more subtle virtues of Britain's most famous bay on the Med.
Baker: Walk into town, 2 km away.
Markets: At the town markets on Wednesday and Saturday you can purchase fresh produce and flowers, Provençal herbs and spices, local cheese and wines from the local vineyards.
Supermarkets: There are two large supermarkets in Cogolin: Casino and the-state-of-the-art Leclerc with fabulous fish and cheese counters.
Restaurants: There is an extensive choice of cuisine in Cogolin with the many restaurants, tavernas and bars.
Other entertainment: Stroll into the town; practice your school French on the older locals in the bar and realise that your memory is fading and that the pronunciation is rather different here. Save your discussion on politics for the last evening, and leave very early the next morning!
