Stairs to First Floor giving access to 4 generously proportioned bedroom suites, all with ensuite shower facilities.
Master Suite - A beautiful large room furnished to a very high standard with french period furniture. Extra Large double bed which can be converted to provide 2 single beds, plus a day bed for 2 children and a TV.
Master Ensuite - beautifully fitted with Italian marble tiles, shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 2 - Another extra large double that can be converted into 2 singles.
Ensuite to bedroom 2 - with a shower, wash basin, toilet and Italian marble tiles.
Bedroom 3 - Extra large double, that can be converted to provide 2 singles.

Swimming pool - A beautiful pool surrounded by terraces and gardens. The pool measures approximately 10m x 4m and has a large ledge all the way around inside the pool, which makes it easy for children to use.
TV - There is both English and French TV available.
WIFI - Free WIFI is available for use with your own laptops, iPads, tablets and phones.
Gas, Electric and Water - Are all included in the rental cost. Fans are provided as standard, and the house is generally very cool but for your further comfort Air conditioning is available as an additional package, please enquire for further details.
End of Stay cleaning - The owner asks for a 180 euro contribution towards the end of stay cleaning, payable in cash on arrival.
Bed and Bathroom Linen - All bed linen and towels are provided and are included in the rental cost.
Tax de Sejour - In France, it is necessary to pay a taxe de seymour, at the end of your holiday, however, this has been included in the rental cost.
Change over day - Saturday in High Season.
Pets - Sorry no pets are permitted.
Smoking - Is only permitted outside in the garden area, no smoking is allowed inside the house.
Damage Deposit - The owners require a 500 euro damage deposit to be paid in cash on arrival.
About the local area
Canet d'Aude is a very popular village set in the heart of the Minervois wine growing region.
Located just 15 minutes from Narbonne, it is easily accessed via major roads, railways and airports, yet none the less is tucked away and is surrounded by vineyards and fields of sunflowers. Only minutes drive to the canal du midi, and a 10 minute drive to the corbieres mountains, 30 minutes to the Mediterranean beaches and close to the medieval city of Carcassonne. The village boasts a small supermarket, boulangerie, tabac, bar, pizza restaurant, pharmacy and a doctors surgery. There is also a local vegetable market on Friday and Sunday mornings. The nearest large supermarket is only 4km away at Lezignan Corbieres.
