On the ground floor you'll find a separate kitchen with access outsie on both sides of the house.

Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 2000 Euros and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
Change over day: The change over day is Saturday.
Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted as this property is only rented during the summer season.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not permitted at this property.
About the local area
The property is situated in the countryside close to the village of Saignon. The town of Apt (4.5km from the property) is a typically Provencal market town. It has a great selection of shops, including plenty of boulangeries for your morning croissant and some good restaurants and cafes.
The winding roads of the Luberon, with spectacular views, are great to explore and you'll find lots of picturesque villages (Gordes, Menerbes, Bonnieux) on the doorstep.
There's loads to do and see in the area; St Remy-de-Provence, famous for its Roman architecture, Les Baux with its ruined castle and unique rock formations, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous as an antique centre and market. Also within easy reach are Pont du Gard, Avignon with the Palace of the Popes, Marseille with its famous waterfront, the Amphitheatre at Nimes and the cultured avenues of Aix-en-Provence.
