Joie de Vivre aims to deliver a good standard of accommodation along with a varied choice in location and styles, all available at the correct price. To ensure that this is what we are actually delivering to our customers, for the past two years, we have been asking for feedback from customers who have stayed in our properties. The results from these surveys gives us a good feel for how accurate our descriptions are, how good we are at choosing the correct type of properties and ultimately helps us to improve our offering to more closely match what customers want.

So far, the results of our Customer satisfaction survey have been overwhelmingly positive with over 94% of holidaymakers stating that they were either satisfied or very satisfied with the property they stayed in.
