Monaco is around 30 km east and Cannes 35 km west. Nearest airport is Nice-Côte d'Azur, which is 7 km away. Local markets are held in Nice on daily basis. Well known market ‘Cours Saleya’ in Nice adjacent to the old town, offers an array of olives, flowers, vegetables and fresh produce. It also has antiques market on Monday. Abundant entertainment in Nice and surranding area including various sporting activities, shopping, casinos, fine dining, nightlife, boat trips, cinemas, wine tasting, helicopter rides, or just good old relaxing by the pool or on numerous beaches!

The villa has a maximum occupancy of 10 people (plus babies) and would be ideal for a large family, or group of friends.

Open plan living area consist of convertible sofa bed, dining table and chairs for 4, fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. Separate bedroom with bed 140cm, built-in cupboard and en-suite bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and W/C, ideal living space for au-pair or nanny.

Bedrooms: total of five modern, spacious and comfortable bedrooms with panoramic views, all equipped with air conditioning and ample storage. Three bedrooms feature large beds; ground floor master bedroom with en-suite bed 200cm wide, upper floor bedroom with separate shower room and bed 160cm wide, and further upper floor bedroom with separate shower room and twin bed 200cm wide (can be 2 singles). Additional bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 190cm wide), specially designed for children. For added flexibility and convenience, separate and independent apartment, which serves as ideal living space for au-pair or nanny comes with separate bedroom en-suite with bed 140cm wide.

Bathrooms: five very stylish bath or shower rooms. Ground floor en-suite bathroom equipped with elegant oval bath, separate invigorating rain-shower, W/C, double washbasin, offering luxurious and refreshing bathing experience. Upper floor 2 separate shower rooms equipped with rain shower, W/C, washbasin. Fitness Room/Entertainment area on lower ground floor and separate entry independent apartment shower rooms are both equipped with shower, washbasin, W/C.

Other rooms: Grand villa entrance/hallway with work/office space is equipped with large desk and office chairs, piano, seating area with 2 stylish Barcelona chairs and has amazing panoramic views from glass open balcony above living room. Lower floor utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. Independent guest use W/C on ground floor. Additional parking with double garage for 2 cars and separate shower.

Outside: villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped garden of 1250 sq m, including secure children’s playground in lower garden with trampoline, swings and climbing frames. Villa’s main entrance upper level garden is beautifully designed with contemporary water fountain and offers amazing sea views. Stylish footpaths throughout garden surround villa and lead into 200 sq m terrace, where you can sunbathe by luxurious infinity pool and enjoy amazing sunsets and panoramic views. There is plenty of seating furniture with garden L-shape sofas, 2 armchairs and sunshades for 10. Terrace has sunshade and big dining table and chairs for 8. Secure private parking available for up to 4 cars.

Swimming pool: spacious, infinity-style pool with saltwater on all four sides, measuring 11m x 4.5m, and ranging in depth from 1.2m to 1.5m. Infinity design provides visually stunning effect, blending nicely with surrounding landscape offering breath-taking panoramic views. Pool is protected by lockable barrier, ensuring safety and security for its users.

Internet: Wi-Fi throughout.

Baby facilities: high chair, cot & baby-gate available.

Bed & bathroom linen: and pool towels, included in rental.

Gas & electric: included.

End-of-stay cleaning: priced separately so if staying for more than 1 week you’re not paying in duplicate. It’s 515 Euros and collected upon reservation. Complimentary 5 hrs, two times a week of cleaning which includes only cleaning of the house, no cleaning of personal items/stuff.

Taxe de Séjour: usually necessary to pay in France (tourist tax), calculated based on the number of people and the time of year. Under 18's are exempt. We will advise you of the tax due at the time you make your reservation and how it’s to be paid.

Damage deposit: 4500 Euros per stay, made it in advance with JDV by way of credit card. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.

Change over day: normally Saturday, other days upon request.

Long weekend stays: not possible here, sorry.

Pets: some dogs accepted, by prior request.

Smoking: not permitted inside, sorry.

Supplementary services: upon request, please inquire further.

About the local area


Located in heights over Nice, it's just 10 minutes’ drive down to town centre and it has easy access to A8 motorway, making it a great base from which to explore whole Cote d'Azur region! Supermarket Leclerc is less than 5 minutes by car and Lingostière shopping centre is 7 minutes by car. Monaco is around 30 km east and Cannes 35 km west.

Sporting activities in the area are abundant – there are many superb golf courses around Nice and surrounding area. There is also tennis, horse riding, water sports and of course, beach. You are also in very close proximity to mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region, which makes walking/hiking and cycling very popular.

Beaches can be found just 7km away along popular Promenade des Anglais. From here you can enjoy sunshine glittering on azure blue waters of Mediterranean and watch many boats crossing ‘Baie des Anges’. Numerous popular beaches along coast are also just few minutes’ drive.

You are also in very close proximity to mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region and ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are just over 1 hour’s drive away. All of ski stations are also ideal for refreshing walking and cycling during hot summer months.

Getting around by car is recommended, however there is bus stop just 5 minutes’ walk from villa, which offers good bus connection with Nice town centre. It’s also just 5 minutes’ drive to tramway which goes into town centre.

Sightseeing is endless; historical old town of Nice; restaurants and yachts in Nice port; relaxing stroll along the Promenade des Anglais; breath-taking views from the Chateau of Nice; cultural visit to Museums of Art in Nice; animals & plants at Parc Phoenix; charming Mediterranean towns of Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Beaulieu-sur-Mer; coastal walk around Cap-Ferrat; beautiful perched village at Eze; casinos and port of Monaco; and Italian border town of Menton. It is also possible to cross over the border to experience the flavour of Italy!
