Le Carre Beauchene, situated in two individual domaines, are private and gated residences 1 and 3 km from the centre of Sainte Maxime. The modern gated villa, is air conditioned and well equipped to make your stay comfortable.
This two double and a twin bedroom house (approx 105sqm) can sleep up to six people. There is a TV, telephone, music system, a private garden and a furnished terrace.
The villa has a pool which is surrounded by grass and with pool side furniture.
Pets are also welcome for a small fee.
If you like to arrive without having to worry about essential supplies for your fridge or perhaps a bottle of champagne, bouquet of flowers and a selection of local specialities, then there is a service available.
Property Features
Living/Dining Room: This spacious well designed area is open plan with ample modern and comfy furnishings. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player and Hifi System.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, with a ceramic hob, large fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.
Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom on the ground floor.
Bathrooms: There is a bathroom and shower and two toilets.
Outside: There is a large private garden, and a furnished terrace off the living room.
Additional services: Please enquire about the fees for fridge stocking with essential supplies. A greeting pack of champagne and flowers or local wine and specialities. If possible, please state at the time of booking. Beds made on arrival 45 euros, end of stay cleaning (exc.kitchen) 140 euros, or both 175 euros,
Parking: There is a garage as well as space for parking on your own driveway.
Swimming Pool: The private pool is surrounded with grass and with plenty of room for the poolside furniture.
Internet: Connection is available for your laptop via Wi-Fi in Reception
Telephone: Is available at the house.
Baby facilities: These are available on request at the time of booking and are charged at 40 euros per week. A baby kit includes a cot, linen, high chair and baby bath.
Bed and bathroom linens: These are included in the rental cost. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. If you require a change of linens and towels during your stay there is a charge of 7 euros/change
Gas, electric and water: Is included in the rental cost
End-of-stay cleaning: Is included in the rental cost but there will be an additional charge if the property is not left in perfect order, from 140 – 195 euros. Additional cleaning is available on request for a fee. If possible, please state at the time of booking. Fire place cleaning , if necessary, is 15 euros.
Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a ‘Tax de Sejour’. The cost of this is 1.45 euros per person per day.
Damage deposit: There is a damage deposit of 800 euros. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages or additional cleaning.
Change over day: Is normally Saturday, but please enquire
Long weekend stays and mini breaks: Are possible, please enquire.
Pets: A max of two pets are permitted here for an additional fee of 44 euros per pet per week.
Smoking: is not permitted inside this property - sorry.
About the local area
Sainte Maxime is located in the beautiful bay of St Tropez and is sheltered by the Maures hills. The resort has a bustling centre, fine sandy beaches, a marina and an elegant promenade.
The rural side of the French Riviera is an altogether different experience but remains as interesting with lakes, Alpine fields, prehistoric caves and villages nestling high in the hills all waiting to be explored on your sightseeing days.
Whether its activity or tranquility you seek you will find it all around this stunning area with every kind of summer sport you can imagine. The seaside provides everything from swimming and sailing to scuba diving and water skiing. The surrounding hills provide walking and hiking trails, mountain biking and horseback riding. There's a clay pigeon shooting place north of the town, and of course tennis and several golf courses. .
The local markets in the region are colorful and interesting. There are three in this area, on Monday, Thursday and Friday where you can buy all your fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables, flowers and local chesses and wine.
Take a break from cooking and go enjoy the variety of excellent restaurants in Sainte Maxime.A large Supermarket is just 1km away and there are smaller supermarkets in the villages.
