· Living room: entrance hall leads on to living room beautifully furnished with large sofa bed, coffee table and dining table and chairs for four. The television shows international channels and there are French windows with a terrace and outside chairs and tables. Pool view must be requested if desired. · Kitchen: small, modern and well-equipped for cooking and dining. It has an electric hob, a microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. · Utility room: Not available but a laundry service is available on site. · Bedrooms: One in total with double bed. The bedroom is light and sunny with province style furniture and fitted wardrobes. There is additional sleeping for a further adult or two children in the living room. · Bathrooms: One modern stylish bathroom, with walk in shower, large washbasin and WC. · Outside: The urbanization has its own bar/restaurant with large terrace next to the pool for those who don´t feel like venturing too far afield. Large beautifully tended gardens and 24 hour security. · Swimming pool: shared between the residents, the swimming pool is never too crowded and has an independent pool for children. Plenty of sunbeds and sunshades available! · Internet: not available within the apartment but there are two computers available in reception on a pay as you go basis. · Telephone: There is no landline telephone available at this property, but mobile reception is good and there is a pay phone available in reception. · Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 300 Euros on arrival. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages. · Bed & bathroom linen: included in the rental cost. · Gas, electric & water: all included in the rental cost. · Extra supplement: 10 Euros per person per night for third and fourth guest · Cot: A cot can be provided at an extra cost of 5 Euros per night. · End-of-stay cleaning: included in the rental cost. · Change over day: normally a Saturday however the owners may be flexible upon request. · Beaches: Only 2 minutes from the nearest beach, Ses Abres has a unique location on the unspoilt north east coast of the island. Santa Eulalia beach, a favourite for families, is a short walk away. With its beautiful yacht harbour and palm lined promenade running the length of the beach it is the ideal location for a family holiday. Not to mention many restaurants and bars to choose from set just back from the beach. · Santa Eulalia: The second largest town on the island Santa Eulalia has a very attractive palm tree lined, traditional town square, perfect for sipping a cocktail whilst people watching. · Dining: Santa Eulalia has a long-established reputation as the island´s gastronomic and cultural centre. Art galleries, the exclusive yacht marina and some of the island´s best restaurants and exclusive shopping makes Santa Eulalia a town that really has everything to offer without all the bustle that is Ibiza in summer! · Water Sports: There are a myriad of water sports to choose from including snorkelling, water skiing and diving and with the marina only a 2 minute walk away, yacht hire is also available for those who would like to visit the most hidden of Ibiza´s coves. There is also a large sports centre, horse riding centre and golf club only a ten minute car ride away. · Nightlife: Ibiza is world famous for its´ nightlife and for those who couldn´t go home without having experienced it; Ses Abres is only a twenty minute drive away from all the most famous of Ibiza´s nightspots.
