PROPERTY DETAILS

Property Description

Sympathetically renovated whilst retaining some original features, Villa Alaine which sleeps 2 + a baby or a small child has been carefully restored with thought for your comfort and enjoyment.

The property comprises a spacious open-plan sitting/dining room and a kitchen with a beamed ceiling.  Light floods in through the French doors which open onto the domaine's courtyard on one side, and through a glazed door to a private garden on the opposite side.

Upstairs is a master double bedroom with space for a cot or a child's bed and a shower room.

This villa is one of six high quality holiday villas on this beautiful wine domaine close to Pezenas. The villas are built around the estate's charming courtyard and they all have their own completely independent entrance at the front and a garden at the rear. So if you happen to be holidaying with friends or family it might be possible to rent another villa here too - please enquire.

All the villas have a lovely garden at the rear with a table, chairs, parasol and a barbecue so you can relax in your own private space and dine al fresco on a balmy Merditerranean evening.

Beyond your own garden there's over an acre of the loveliest parkland to explore and enjoy and a super large swimming pool in a beautiful lawned setting.

This lovely place surrounded by vineyards is in an idyllic location between the Black Moutains and the Mediterranean Sea and is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday away from the bustle of your busy day-to-day life.

Whilst the estate is in the countryside you are well-placed for sightseeing trips to the Mediterranean beaches, the lovely town of Pezenas, the Cathar castles and the medieval abbeys as well as some great days-out for children like going to Aqualand at Cap d'Agde, or the wonderful new Mare Nostrum Aquarium in Montpellier.

For the more active there's plenty of walking and cycling locally as well as watersports, horse-riding, tennis and golf.
