A good sized, first floor, three bedroom apartment set in a beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse. Good news for larger parties is that there are 3 additional apartments within the same building which, subject to availability, can be booked together.

Close to the village centre of Orgon, an historic, walled Provencal village

Accommodation comprises three bedrooms, lounge,/kitchen/diner, toilet and shower room.

There's air-conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months.

Shared use of the farmhouses beautiful garden and facilities, including the 11m x 5m swimming pool

Orgon is situated on the edge of the spectacular Alpilles mountain chain and on the doorstep of the beautiful Luberon National Park

Based in the heart of agricultural Provence, a rich, varied and sun-drenched region of France

Close to the Roman town of Saint-Remy-de-Provence and Les Baux, famous for its superb rock formations

The nearest beach is about an hours drive away.

Within easy reach of Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Nimes and the Carmargue National Park

Living room: This is a first floor apartment and the living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and there is also a TV with satelite channels available.

There's air-conditioning to keep you cool in the summer months.

Dining room: The dining area is furnished for six people, with a table and six chairs

Kitchen: There is a fitted kitchen with fridge and oven, as well as all the pots, pans and utensils that you’ll need.  A BBQ is also available, as well as a shared washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms: This property has three spacious bedrooms, two of which contain two single beds, the other containing one double bed.  One bedroom has a set of French windows opening into the beautiful Provence sunshine.

Bathrooms: This property has one shower room with separate toilet.

Other rooms: This property has a ‘cave’, well-stocked with wine from the local region, available for purchase.

Outside: The apartment has a private terrace with furniture for eating al fresco. It also shares a large walled garden (1200m2), well stocked with a variety of plants and trees.  Garden furniture, including a BBQ, is provided for those long, lazy, summer evenings.  Secure parking is also provided.

Swimming pool: The large 11m x 5m swimming pool is shared between the other apartments in the complex

Internet: WiFi Connection available at this property

Telephone: Unfortunately, a telephone connection is not provided although mobile reception is good in the locality

Baby facilities: Cots and high chairs are available – just let us know what you need when you book!

Winter heating: Unfortunately, winter heating is not included in the cost

Gas, electric, & water: Are all included in the rental cost.

End-of-stay cleaning: Is included in the rental cost.

Bed & bathroom linen: Bed linen and towels are supplied in the rental cost.

Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It is 0.4 euros per day per adult, payable locally to the owner please.

Damage deposit: No damage deposit is requested for this property

Change over day: Saturday, although flexibility is possible during the low season

Long weekend stays: Unfortunately, these are not available for this property during the high season, although during the low season, these may be available.

Pets: Are not permitted at this apartment - sorry.

Smoking: Is not permitted inside this apartment – sorry
