General Description
- This is one of our most popular villas because the owners have thought carefully about what's important to holidaymakers.
- It's a relatively new house, built in the traditional Provencal style, next door to the owner's property. You're in walking distance of the bustling (by Provencal standards!) village of Mouries, with a backdrop of the stunning Alpilles Hills. The village is surrounded by olive groves as it's right in the heart of a region famous for the quality of its olive oil.
- The owner obviously has a flair for interior design and has created a very comfortable 2-bedroom villa, ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples.
- It's beautifully furnished using local colours, fabrics and tiles, air-conditioned and has a shower room and separate toilet.
- Access to the swimming pool is through a secure gate, just beyond your private and shaded terrace. The pool measures 8m x 4m with steps leading down from the shallow end. Once you’ve cooled off in the pool, why not strike up the BBQ, pour a glass of local Rosé and soak up the setting of the sun over the Alpilles Hills around you!

Kitchen: The kitchen has most appliances that you’ll need, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, (located in the second toilet), and ample crockery for 4 people.

Bedrooms: The two bedrooms in the property are beautifully decorated. One is a double, the other a twin, both with plenty of ward

Bathrooms: There is one bathroom in the property, which is fully tiled and equipped with a shower and sink. There’s also a separate WC, which also houses a small laundry room.

Outside: The small lawned garden area is south facing, so it receives the maximum sunshine all year round, allowing you to lounge about on the supplied furniture all day! In addition, the covered terrace can be used for dining al fresco, so you can make the most of those long, relaxed, Provencal days! There’s also space for parking two cars – one is shaded.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool measures a generous 8m x 4m, making it perfect for a refreshing swim as you relax and enjoy those beautiful summer days! The pool area is gated.
