  • Living room: The living room is well equipped, with four armchairs, (two are sofa-beds), a TV and even a small library. 
  • Dining room: There's a separate dining room with a table and six chairs, as well as a computer with internet access and a telephone .
  • Kitchen: The kitchen has all of the equipment you're likely to need, including a dishwasher, cooker, fridge and freezer.  The kitchen leads out onto the veranda - perfect for dining during the long summer evenings!
  • Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms within this property.  The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds.  Both rooms have ample storage space, and there is further accommodation in the form of sofabeds in the living room. 
  • Bathrooms: Within the property, there is a bathroom and a separate WC.
  • Internet:  There is internet access available at this villa.
  • Outside: The well-maintained garden basks in beautiful sunshine, perfect for taking advantage of the supplied BBQ and outdoors dining furniture.  There's even a boules set supplied, as well as loungers and parasols for relaxing in the Provencal sunshine.
  • Swimming pool: Located in the sheltered garden, there's an 8m x 4m swimming pool. This is even equipped with 'counter-current', for those who want to keep fit in the peaceful surroundings! 
  • Baby facilities: A cot and high chair are available on request, so please let us know what you’ll need when you book your holiday.
  • Winter heating: If you visit during the winter months, winter heating is included in the cost of the holiday.
  • Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost.
  • End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and this is included in the rental cost.
  • Bed & bathroom linen: This is included in the rental cost.
  • Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It is approximately 1 Euro per person per day, (children exempt).
  • Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 1000 Euros. This is payable on arrival, and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
  • Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible
  • Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.
  • Pets: We’re sorry, pets are not permitted at this property.
  • Smoking: We’re sorry, smoking is not permitted at this property.

  • By Car - Orgon lies on the Route Nationale RN7 south of Avignon
  • By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away
  • By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away
