Facilities

  • Living area: The living area is well equipped for a party of up to eight people, with a sofa, two sofa beds, a TV and a VCR – that’s assuming you’re not spending all your time outside in the glorious Provencal weather!
  • Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with an oven microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you will need to cook and serve food for up to eight people.
  • Bedrooms: There are a total of three bedrooms within this property: a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin room equipped with bunk beds and another ensuite double room that is equipped with a very comfortable divan bed. 
  • Bathrooms: Within the property, there is a shower room, bathroom and two WCs, one of which is ensuite.
  • Outside: The newly renovated garden is all south-facing, providing optimum sunshine.  Outdoors dining facilities are supplied on the private terrace, allowing you to take full advantage of the summers. There’s even an outback style BBQ to make those evenings truly special! Parking space is also provided for the occupants.
  • Swimming pool: Earlier this year, the owners of Villa Landini completely refurbished the pool and garden area, providing a space that feels fresh and new.  The private 10m x 5m pool is ideal for quick dips during the summer, or doing a few lengths to burn off those hearty lunches!  The pool is also heated.
  • Baby facilities: A cot and high chair are available on request, so please let us know what you’ll need when you book your holiday.
  • Winter heating: If you visit during the winter months, winter heating is included in the cost of the holiday.
  • Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost.
  • End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and this is included in the rental cost.
  • Bed & bathroom linen: This is included in the rental cost.
  • Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It is approximately 1 Euro per person per day, (children exempt).
  • Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 300 Euros during low season, and 600 Euros during high season.  This is payable on arrival, and will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
  • Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible
  • Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.
  • Pets: We’re sorry, pets are not permitted at this property.
  • Smoking: We’re sorry, smoking is not permitted at this property.

How To Get There

  • By Car - Orgon lies on the Route Nationale RN7 south of Avignon

  • By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away

  • By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away
