- It was only a few years ago that this decrepit old wreck was lovingly transformed into a beautiful four bedroom, three bathroomed Provencal Mas (farmhouse) with its own private swimming pool.
- Its got all you need for 10 people; all mod cons in the kitchen, a stylish dining area, a living room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
- Your very own 6000m² also includes a shaded terrace to escape the Summer heat and enjoy outside relaxing and dining well into the warm Provencal nights
The Local Area
- Slap bang in the middle of the stunning Alpilles range of hills (big hills!) but only 2.5kms from the village centre of Eygalieres.
- If activity is your thing, there's loads to do; explore the footpaths and cycle routes criss-crossing this spectacular limestone scenery, there's horse riding, immaculate Golf courses and some of the best climbing areas in France (Orgon, Mauries, Fontveille and Aureille).
- If it’s a bit of nature you crave, you have the Carmargue National Park, famous white horses and miles of wild-bird inhabited marshland (including flamingos!).
- If its culture you're after don’t miss Saint Remy de Provence for its Roman architecture and the fortified hill top village of Les Baux de Provence (the 2nd most visited site in France).

· Living room: The living room is tastefully decorated, and equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV. There is also a separate dining room as well.
· Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen has everything that you’re likely to need, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and electric hobs.
· Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms at this property, On the first floor there are two doubles with their own en-suite shower rooms with WCs, the third one has four single beds and also an en suite bathroom, with a bath and WC. the final fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has twin beds. There is also a WC downstairs for the occupants of this room.
· Bathrooms: There are four bathrooms and four WCs in this property – meaning that the queues are reduced at those busy times!
· Outside: The property has a private shaded terrace, with all the facilities to allow you to dine al fresco during the long summer evenings, including a BBQ. The largest strength of this property, however, is the huge 6000m2 garden, which gives plenty of space to enjoy the glorious summers! In addition, there’s a brand new swimming pool for 2010 and of course, plenty of private parking.
· Swimming pool: There is a brand new (2010) swimming pool at this property. It measures 10m x 4m and is fenced securely to comply with the regulations in France.
· Internet: Unfortunately, there is no internet connection available at this property.
· Telephone: Unfortunately, no telephone connection is provided at this property.
· Baby facilities: A cot is available upon request, so just let us know what you’ll need when you book.
· Winter heating: If you choose to visit during the winter months, there is a charge for winter heating, which is calculated using the electricity meter and charged on a per unit basis.
· Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost.
· End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and this is included in the rental cost.
· Bed & bathroom linen: Bed and Bathroom linen can all supplied here for a charge of 10 euros per person
· Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
· Damage deposit: The owner does not request a damage deposit for this property, although in the event of any breakages you may be requested to pay the replacement cost.
· Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible
· Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.
· Pets: Well-behaved pets are accepted at this property
How To Get There
- By Car - Eygalieres lies off the D99 south of Avignon between Saint Remy de Provence and Cavaillon
- By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away
- By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away
