Facilities

Living room: The open-plan living area, located on the second floor, is spacious and elegantly decorated and opens out onto the terrace. It is air-conditioned, to allow an escape from the Provencal summer, and there's also satellite TV available, as well as a DVD player and radio.

Kitchen: The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything that you’re likely to need, including a microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, two fridges (one with freezer compartment) and a toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs on the first floor. All three are doubles, although two can be converted to twins if necessary. In addition, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms: There is a large ensuite bathroom on the first floor, with a large tub and shower, as well as a separate WC. On the same floor, there is also a large shower room with WC, which also houses the washing machine.

Outside: The property faces onto a large courtyard, which is overlooked by other buildings on the property. It also has a terrace, as well as access to on-site tennis courts, (although these are not in pristine condition).

Swimming pool: There is access to a good-sized swimming pool, which is occasionally shared with the owners of the property.

Internet: WIFI access is available at this property

Baby facilities: These are available on request

Winter heating: Winter heating is included in the cost of the property.

Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost.

End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and this is included in the rental cost. There is also maid service once a week and once at the weekend, (extra visits can be arranged on request, for an additional fee).

Bed & bathroom linen: This is included in the rental cost.

Taxe de Sejour: In France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.

Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 800 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.

Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible

Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.

Pets: We’re sorry, pets are not permitted at this property.

By Car - Follow directions to Gordes, a 30 minute drive from the exit for 'Cavaillon' on the motorway A7

By Air - Marseille Avignon and Nimes Airports are the nearest - all less than a 60 minute drive away

By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 50 minutes away
