• This is a really interesting property. There are three separate units that are all centred around a great garden and swimming pool. 
• It is a very flexible accommodation and can be rented as a one two or three bedroom property. Whatever the combination, it is only ever rented to one group/family, so you are assured absolute privacy whichever combination you take.  
 

• There is a main building with a good sized kitchen, a dining conservatory, lounge, shower room and bedroom. This is the focal point of the property.  

• The other bedrooms, if you are a larger group, are two separate buildings but within the same garden.  

• The Studio is located next to the swimming pool and has a large bedroom with twin beds and its own shower room.  

• The Bungalow is located across the garden and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a small living/kitchen area and a shower room and toilet.

The Local Area

• Mouries is a typical Provencal village, well serviced with bakers, butchers, grocers, bank and a post office.  

• There's a weekly market, cafes, bars and restaurants, all of which are only 1.5km away from the property.
• Markets can also be found at a host of other local towns; St Remy de Provence, Maussane and Arles to mention just a few.
• It's also a great location for touring and leisure; there is tennis in the village, a golf course just on the doorstep of the village, as are the cycling, walking and horse riding paths across the beautiful Alpilles
• Mouries is also situated in the heart of one of the best the Olive growing regions of Provence - a panorama of Olive Groves with stunning limestone scenery as the backdrop surrounds the village
• You’ll find the nearest larger supermarket at St Martin de Crau, just 9km away. 

Facilities

• Bedrooms: As well as the sofa bed, there is a tastefully decorated twin bedroom in the main house.  The separate studio also has a large bedroom, which contains twin beds.
• Bathrooms: Within the main house, there is a shower room, along with a separate WC, saving queues during busy times! In addition, the studio contains a spacious shower room, including a WC.
• Other rooms: The main house has a conservatory with dining facilities for the occupants, allowing you to enjoy your meals in the pleasant Provencal weather.
• Outside: The large garden is available for the occupants to enjoy, whether it be relaxing in the sunshine or wandering out to take part in the numerous activities around the local area.
• Swimming pool: The good-sized swimming pool, (8m x 5m), is available for your exclusive use, whether taking a dip, or lounging on the supplied furniture
• Baby facilities: A cot can be provided, although a high chair is not available, so please ensure that you bring all that you need.
• Winter heating: Winter heating is included in the rental cost.
• Gas, electric, & water: These are all included in the rental cost.
• End-of-stay cleaning: The owner arranges the end of stay cleaning for €50, and this is payable locally
• Bed & bathroom linen: Bed linen is provided in the price and you can hire towels for €5 per person per week
• Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
• Change over day: The change over day is Saturday during the high season, although during the low season flexibility is possible
• Long weekend stays: These are not usually permitted during the high season, although flexibility is possible during the low season.
• Pets: Pets are accepted at this property, please ask when you book.
• Smoking: smoking is not permitted inside this property.

How To Get There

• By Car - Mouries is situated approximately 30 minutes drive south of Avignon, 15 minutes north of Salon-de-Provence and 20 minutes to the east of Arles
• By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away.
• By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away
