If peace and tranquillity with a 360° view of the Provencal countryside is your idea of heaven, then these family run apartments are for you.

Two modern, Provencal style studios make up a part of this converted farmhouse.

Positioned in the heart of the Provencal countryside locally known as the Gordes plain, 5 minutes drive brings you to Joucas a village with it’s picturesque streets and ancient stone buildings here you will find the local baker, bar and village shop.

Both apartments have 1 bedroom with en-suite showeroom, plus a sitting room with dinning area and kitchen, plus a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people. This gite is ideal for a couple or, perhaps rent both for 4 people.

The English speaking owners who live in the farm also have 2 extra bedrooms which can be rented; both have en-suite bathrooms and individual entrances.

The two apartments have individual terraces overlooking the swimming pool with table and chairs for eating outside or perhaps just soaking up the sun.

An added feature is the gazebo just perfect for sitting down and having a chilled glass of local wine -which could come from the property’s vineyard?

The farm is surrounded on all sides by an amazing view not only of the Luberon chain, but many of the villages that make this part of Provence so special. Gordes, Rousillon, Lacoste, Bonnieux. All mentioned in Peter Mayle’s stories of the area. These villages illuminated at night are an added treat.

The local village 2 kms is Joucas with it’s picturesque streets and ancient stone buildings. It retains its unique local atmosphere as it is largely overlooked by tourists.

Sports facilities and activities nearby include Tennis courts 2kms, walking and biking trails, horse riding, Kayaking in Isle sur Le sorgue

The nearest market is in Gordes 7 kms away, a Farmers market in Coustellet (9kms) and other markets can be found in L' Isle sur la Sorgue (famous for antiques) Cavaillon (best melons in Europe)

You’ll find the nearest supermarket in Cavaillon or Apt 22km

Living room: The living/dining area is equipped with a sofa bed, as well as dining facilities for the occupants

Kitchen: There is a corner kitchen, which has a microwave, 4 hot plates, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle plus all cutlery, crockery and utensils.

Bedrooms: The bedroom consists of a double bed, which can be split into two single beds, and also contains a ward

Bathrooms: This property is equipped with a shower room and separate toilet.

Additional accommodation: There are a couple of additional en-suite bedrooms available to rent in the owners house, which adjoins the property. There is also access available to use a communal washing machine during your stay.

Outside: Outside, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for relaxing during those long, lazy, Provencal summer evenings. Plenty of parking available

Swimming pool: The shared swimming pool measures 10m x 5m, and provides great refreshment while you’re soaking up the sun!
