General Description

· With its modern kitchen and large dining area, this villa is just as perfect for a group of friends as it is for families.
The Local Area
· Beaches: Only 5 minutes from the nearest beach, Cana Luisa has a unique location in the exclusive Talamanca area. With its´ white sand and shallow crystal waters this really is a great beach for families with young children, or those who simply want to relax in beautiful surroundings without travelling too far. The beach has several family run bars and restaurants, ideal for sampling the local cuisine and a few cocktails at sunset. Talamanca also boasts great views over the neighbouring island of Formentera, with the hills set behind you and Ibiza´s impressive medieval castle on the skyline.
· Marina: Ibiza´s beautiful old fishing port and sophisticated yacht harbour are only a 5 minutedrive from the villa. Watch fisherman arrive with their catch of the day, or the rich and famous sipping champagne on the decks of their incredible boats, the marina really does have something for everyone. Every 15 minutes a small boat will take you from one side of the bay to the other for only 3 euros!
· Sightseeing: The old town of Ibiza, known locally as “Dalt Villa” is again only a stones´ throw away. So well preserved is its´ medieval castle, that it has been named a World Heritage sight. Every May a medieval fair is held in its streets, perfectly capturing the atmosphere of Ibiza in centuries past.
· Water Sports: There are a myriad of water sports to choose from including water skiing and diving and with the marina only a 15 minute walk away, yacht hire is also available for those who would like to visit the most hidden of Ibiza´s coves.
· Shops: Local shops close to the apartment mean that whatever you need is on hand and with Ibiza town so close by, whether you are looking for a locally woven bag, or the latest design from Prada it is all on your doorstep.
· Dining: Talamanca is so well situated it is hard to know where to begin. Local restaurants that have been run by the same family for generations, offering the fresh fish of the day, to some of the most sophisticated dining in the world - all of which with the Mediterranean as the backdrop.
· Nightlife: Ibiza is world famous for its´ nightlife and for those who couldn´t go home without having experienced it, Cana Luisa has the great advantage of only being a 10 minute drive away from Pacha.
Facilities
· Living room: entrance hall that leads on to beautifully furnished living room with comfortable sofas, luxurious soft furnishings, open fireplace and dark flooring. It is furnished with two sofas, armchairs, large TV (International) and a DVD player.
· Dining room: combined within the living room and has large table and chairs for 6 people and French windows that open out onto the terrace.
· Kitchen: very modern and well-equipped for cooking and dining. It has an electric oven & hob, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and coffee machine. There are doors out onto the living room – dining room area.
· Bedrooms: Three in total. One double located on the ground floor and with its own bathroom next to it and two twins located on the first floor with an additional bathroom. All bedrooms are light and sunny with lovely views and Provence style furniture and air conditioning.
· Bathrooms: Two modern stylish bathrooms, one with bath, washbasin and toilet and the other with shower, washbasin and toilet.
· Outside: Private parking beautifully tended fenced in garden for complete privacy.
· Swimming pool: private swimming pool surrounded by decked terrace and complete with sun loungers.
· Internet: not available here - sorry.
· Telephone: There is no landline telephone available at this property, but mobile reception is good.
· Baby facilities: baby cot is available here upon request.
· Damage deposit: The owner requests a damage deposit of 650 Euros on arrival. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
· Bed & bathroom linen: included in the rental cost.
· Gas, electric & water: all included in the rental cost.
· End-of-stay cleaning: included in the rental cost.
· Change over day: normally a Saturday however the owners may be flexible upon request. Stays of 2 week duration are preferred, but not essential, during July & August.
· Long weekend stays: Possible here - please ask for details.
· Pets: No pets here sorry!
· Supplementary services: the owner is able to arrange the following services for you, at a supplement: Babysitter, Masseur, Chauffeur, Daily cleaner, Chef. Yacht charter.
How To Get There
· By Air – Ibiza airport is only a 10 minute drive away. There are daily flights from the UK and worldwide - please see the timetables here www.aena.es. There are regular bus services from the airport every fifteen minutes. Taxis are also available at the airport and cost approximately 20 euros.
