·         Living room: The living room, (adjoined to the dining area), is furnished with a comfortable sofa and there is a TV with some satelite channels            

·         Dining room:  The dining area is equipped for four people

·         Kitchen: The fitted kitchen is includes a fridge and oven, as well as the utensils and crockery for up to four people.  A shared washing machine is also available (small fee applies)

·         Bedrooms: This one bedroom apartment has a spacious bedroom, equipped with a double bed

·         Bathrooms: Within this property, there is one shower room and a separate toilet, saving valuable time in the morning!

·         Other rooms: There is an on-site ‘cave’ stocked with local wines, available for purchase

·         Outside: The property is set in a large walled garden, stocked with a multitude of plants and trees, (shared with other properties in the farmhouse).  Secure parking is also provided.

·         Swimming pool: The large shared swimming pool measures 11m x 5m (Open from the end of April to the end of September, depending on the weather conditions)  

·         Internet: There is a WiFi connection provided at this property

·         Telephone: Unfortunately, a telephone connection is not provided

·         Baby facilities: Cots and high chairs are available, just let us know what you need when you make a booking

·         Winter heating: This is not included in the cost

·         Gas, electric, & water: Are all included in the rental cost.

·         End-of-stay cleaning: Is included in the rental cost.

·         Bed & bathroom linen: All the bed linen and towels are included in the cost of your holiday.

·         Taxe de Sejour: in France, it is necessary to pay a “Taxe de Séjour” at the end of your stay. It has been included here in the rental cost.
