General Description
- A good sized, ground floor, two bedroom apartment set in a beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse. Good news for larger parties is that there are 3 additional apartments within the same building which, subject to availability, can be booked together. Please ask us about the others.
- Close to the village centre of Orgon, where you can pick up bread and basic shopping.
- Accommodation comprises two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/diner, toilet and shower room
- Outside terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs
- Shared use of the farmhouses beautiful garden and facilities, including the 11m x 5m swimming pool
The Local Area

The village is on the edge of the spectacular Alpilles mountain chain and on the doorstep of the beautiful Luberon National Park. Both areas are popular with sports and countryside lovers.
- The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from the small, Provencal village of Orgon where you'll find small shops, 3 boulangeries and 2 good restaurants - within walking distance.
- The apartment is ideally located for visits to all the beautiful sites of Provence; Avignon, with it's Festival de Théâtre in July and numerous museums, St Rémy de Provence and les Baux famous for its superb rock formations.
- L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is less than fifteen minutes drive away, famous for the Antiques village and Sunday market.
- La Route des Vins, "the wine road" (Gigondas and "les Dentelles de Montmirail", Séguret,Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape) is also easily accessible and if its nature you're after, La Camargue National Park is only an hour drive from here.

- Living room: The open plan living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, and has an ornate stone fireplace. There is also a TV with some satelite channels available.

Dining room: The dining area is furnished for four people, with a table and four chairs

Kitchen: There is a fitted kitchen with fridge and oven, microwave, as well as pots pans, and other utensils. A BBQ is also available, as well as a shared washing machine, dryer and freezer.

Bedrooms: This property has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other room contains two single beds, making this ideal for small families.

Bathrooms: This property has a well-equipped bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Other rooms: This property has a ‘cave’, well-stocked with wine from the local region, available for purchase.

Outside: This property shares a large walled garden (1200m2), well stocked with a variety of plants and trees. Garden furniture, including a BBQ, is provided for those long, lazy, summer evenings. Secure parking is also provided.

Swimming pool: The large 11m x 5m swimming pool is shared between the other apartments in the complex and is surrounded by a secure wall with a gate.

- By Car - Orgon lies on the Route Nationale RN7 south of Avignon
- By Air - Marseille and Nimes Airports are the nearest - approximately 50 minutes drive away
- By Train - The high speed TGV service runs directly from London or Paris to Avignon, approximately 25 minutes away
